Born in South Africa, Neil moved to the United States in 1994 and after graduating from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) in 1998, Neil moved to the Baltimore area in 1999 to start law school. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2002 and was awarded the prestigious Faculty Award which also resulted in his being the graduation speaker.
Since 2002, Neil has zealously and aggressively represented clients in a wide range of litigation matters including personal injury and malpractice cases. Early in his career, Neil represented and defended insurance companies for approximately ten years and that experience has been invaluable to his personal injury and malpractice clients who have benefited directly from his first-hand knowledge of the insurance industry.Throughout his career, Neil has developed a reputation as a lawyer who truly cares about each individual client and who will leave no stone unturned to obtain the best recovery possible. In fact, Neil’s prior clients include fellow attorneys who had enough confidence in his legal ability to have him represent them in ethics matters before the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland where an adverse ruling could have cost them their license to practice law.
But Neil’s true joy and passion is helping accident victims get the justice they deserve. His calm personality and demeanor help navigate his clients through the stress and aggravation of being in a situation they wish they had never been in, and his aggression and tenacity help ensure they get fairly compensated for their injuries.
Neil, his wife and two beautiful daughters live in Towson and are very involved with the local community with Neil serving on the board of the Knollwood Association. Additionally, Neil recently made his community theater stage debut performing in the ensemble for Mamma Mia at Mercy High School.
