Nikita Wolf grew up in a small town outside Trier, Germany before her father's military career brought the family to Virginia in 1999. She graduated with a History degree from The College of William and Mary before attending law school at The University of Richmond. During law school, she earned a place on the Trial Advocacy Board where she represented the school in several regional and national trial competitions. Nikita served as Executive Editor of the Journal of Law and Public Interest and as a research assistant to her Criminal Law professor. She also interned at the Colonial Heights Commonwealth Attorney's Office and for the Honorable Richard Taylor, Jr. at the Richmond Circuit Court.
Before joining Christina Pendleton & Associates, Nikita worked for several years as a defense attorney at a major insurance company. This was excellent training in learning the Personal Injury claims process inside and out and she now uses that education and understanding to thoroughly investigate every aspect of a claim and strengthen her clients' cases. She relishes the challenges of the courtroom and approaches every case with the preparation and confidence that only comes with experience.
Outside of work, Nikita enjoys reading and writing fiction, walking her dog, and painting. She sings in the choir at her local church and volunteers at the SPCA.
