“The only way to do great work is to love what you do.” – Steve Jobs

At BBCS, he sees clients on their worst days. More than knowing the law, he believes his job is to comfort, educate and advocate for them. That’s when the real work begins.

Paul grew up in Montreal, Canada. After graduating high school in Montreal, Paul continued his schooling in the United States. He graduated from Lake Forest College in Illinois, and earned a B.A. with a double major in Business and International Relations. Paul then attended Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, California where he met his wife Lindsay. After passing the California Bar, Paul and Lindsay moved to Nevada.

Following his admission to the Nevada Bar, Paul began his legal career representing individuals greatly impacted by the financial crisis. He assisted hundreds of clients struggling with debt, and underwater on their homes. Paul knew early on that helping others was how he wanted to dedicate his law practice.

After several years of helping those suffering from the financial crisis, Paul transitioned to personal injury law, where he refocused his dedication and passion for helping others who were harmed because of someone else’s negligence. He loves giving his clients a voice and fighting for their rights. In 2017, Paul joined Bertoldo Baker Carter and Smith.

To Paul, the best part of being a personal injury attorney is to help someone recover from the injuries and losses they have suffered—and bring a smile back to their face.

In his spare time, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife Lindsay and daughter Madison. He is also an avid hockey player, runner and obstacle course racer.
