Mr. Phillip L. Miller has been in practice since 1992. He received his bachelor's degree from Indiana University and graduated with honors from Valparaiso University School of Law. He is a past president of the Goshen City Bar Association and a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
