Experience: Preet Kode founded Kode Law in May 2018. Before opening her own Seattle personal injury law firm, Preet was a Senior Associate Litigation Attorney at Herrmann Law Group. Over her six years at that firm, Preet honed her litigation expertise and personal injury practice, representing accident victims in a range of cases, from car accident, claims to multi-plaintiff cases involving airplane, buses, and train crashes.
Over her legal career, Preet has also worked as an attorney for the Multicultural Self-Sufficiency Movement’s free legal clinic and as a pro bono immigration attorney for the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project.
Preet’s current practice is focused on injury and death cases, with a 40% focus on litigation. As a devoted consumer advocate, Preet is known for her relentless pursuit of justice, as well as her compassion and unmatched service.
