Attorney Raymond J. Savoy was born and raised in Waterbury, Connecticut. He graduated from the University of New Haven, and the Quinnipiac University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut and the United States Federal Court, District of Connecticut. He is a member of the National Association of Public Defenders.
He has represented clients in the areas of criminal law, personal injury, employment/labor, family and workers compensation. He also serves as a Special Public Defender for the Bristol Criminal Court.
Attorney Savoy spent twenty-three years in law enforcement, serving in New Milford and Naugatuck, Connecticut. He retired as a sergeant with the Naugatuck Police Department.
Attorney Savoy taught at the Waterbury, Connecticut Police Academy, in the areas of criminal law, civil liability, laws of arrest, evidence, and search and seizure.
Since joining Guendelsberger Law Offices, LLP, Attorney Savoy has been focusing his practice in the areas of Criminal Law and Personal Injury Law.
