Reagan E. Bradford joined the Commercial Litigation section of the Lanier Law Firm in 2016. Mr. Bradford focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters, particularly those involving energy, corporate governance, securities, and antitrust. His practice has provided extensive experience in federal and state courts across the country, including class actions and mass tort proceedings, and in arbitration proceedings. Prior to joining the Lanier Law Firm, Mr. Bradford served as Deputy General Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary for a Fortune 500 energy company. This position provided Mr. Bradford experience in the board room as well as in the court room and in high stakes regulatory proceedings. He received a bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. It was here where he served on the Oklahoma Law Review, founded the Energy and Resources Law Student Association, and graduated Order of the Coif. Mr. Bradford was named a Journal Record 40 Under 40 in Oklahoma City, in 2015. Mr. Bradford regularly speaks and writes on legal matters relating to energy, corporate governance, and government investigations. When he is not spending time with family or working, Mr. Bradford enjoys volunteering his time to causes that are close to his heart. In addition, he is on the Advisory Board for the Oklahoma Association For Justice. Mr. Bradford is also a founding member and Chairman-Elect of the Summit Society for the Last Frontier Council for the Boy Scouts of America.
