Robert Kitzinger’s passion for trial work and helping fight for injured individuals here in Colorado has led him to The Sawaya Law Firm. After an injury, the last thing you want to deal with alone is a large insurance company and all their resources. Let Robert tell your story, be a tenacious advocate in your corner, and let you focus on recovering through treatment.
Robert recently received his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where he excelled in trial advocacy and obtained hands on experience clerking during his 3 years at law school for The Sawaya Law Firm and another Denver personal injury firm. He obtained top finishes as both a team and an individual in mock trial tournaments during his law school tenure. His experience and passion for personal injury law stem from both his work in the classroom and in the courtroom.
Robert was born and raised in Indiana. Robert obtained his B.S. in Business Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and as a true Hoosier, played basketball for the Trinity Tigers. Outside of work Robert enjoys staying active, spending time in the mountains, and fly fishing.
In 2020, Robert was recognized as one of the nation’s “10 Best Under 40” personal injury lawyers for client satisfaction by The American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys.
