Roger Smith is a native New Mexican who was raised in Albuquerque and attended Albuquerque High School. He earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of New Mexico. He was admitted to the bar in 1993 and has been practicing law in New Mexico since that time. Roger had a general practice with his father, Jack Smith, from 1993 through 2000, where he represented clients in a wide variety of both civil and criminal law cases. Since then he has concentrated on helping those who have been injured by the negligence of others. He has represented hundreds of clients in personal injury cases. Roger is a member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association. He was honored as one of the cooperating attorneys of the year by the New Mexico ACLU in 2005. When not in the office or the courtroom, Roger enjoys golf, swimming, water polo and skiing.
