The state motto of Kentucky is: “United we stand. Divided we fall.” That principle really guides the strength and Kentucky Courage™ of Morgan, Collins, Yeast & Salyer.

When I graduated from law school, I started my legal career working for a law firm that defended insurance companies and lawsuits filed against a major retailer. I quickly grew tired of watching big companies keep injured Kentuckians from getting the help they needed after an injury. After four years, I quit.

Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people who have been hurt by others. The only thing I regret is that I didn’t make the change sooner to helping ordinary, hardworking Kentuckians.

At Morgan, Collins, Yeast & Salyer, I’m the managing partner. I’ve been with the firm since 2000.

I focus on helping you if you were injured in a car accident, a truck accident or with a premises liability case. At Morgan, Collins, Yeast & Salyer, we treat all of our Kentucky clients as family.

Roy received his B.S. in Agriculture from the University of Kentucky and his law degree from the University of Kentucky, College of Law.

He’s a member of the American Association for Justice and the Kentucky Justice Association. Roy was a member of the Kentucky Agricultural Development Board from 2010 until 2015 when he resigned to accept an appointment as Master Commissioner of the Clay Circuit Court.

Roy has been honored by the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 (Kentucky) and Rue Ratings’ Best Attorneys in America.

In his spare time, he enjoys following his children’s enjoyment in both athletic and academic teams for their local school system. He was also recently honored by the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife as “landowner of the year” for the Jackson Purchase regions of Kentucky. The honor was given for the wildlife conservation efforts and habitat improvement programs implemented on his family’s farm.
