I respect my clients beyond measure; they put themselves in the line of fire in the hope of protecting others from what they were put through.

Trial lawyers are made fun of in the media, so what motivates me to be a trial lawyer? I guess you need to decide if your mom was injured by someone's negligence would you sue? My father died from Hex Chrome exposure at the factory where he was a loyal employee and that left a lasting impression. Corporations who injure people as a cost of business particularly rouse me. I have worked with Erin Brockovich on several toxic tort investigations including General Motors and the Hyland landfill.

I grew up fighting for a place in a small town. I know what it is like to be among the forgotten and the damned. I count myself among the lawyers who fight the faceless corporations that injure people as a cost of doing business. Courtrooms are where the wronged can feel vindicated, validated and justified. It is our last access to justice where Americans can still hold the giant accountable through the ordinary men and women of the remarkable jury.
