Scot Warner is a managing partner of Warner & Warner, and he brings strong integrity and a blue collar work ethic to his practice.  Scot believes the most important aspect of the practice of law is service to his clients, and he values client communication.  Scot learned early in his career that clients who have been injured need representation that is compassionate, responsive, and personalized to their specific needs.  Scot takes his clients' calls, promptly returns calls and emails, and takes the time to provide detailed explanations and answers about any aspect of the case.  Unfortunately, this level of service seems to be lacking in many lawyers?especially those with a high volume, advertising-based practice.  Clients deserve more, and Warner & Warner is committed to providing more to the clients we are fortunate enough to represent.  If you entrust your case to us, we will provide the absolute highest level of service and representation.

Scot attended the University of Florida, College of Law and graduated with honors in two and a half years.  While in law school, Scot was active in the Environmental Law Society and was a teaching fellow in the Legal Research and Writing Department.  As a Teaching Fellow, Scot helped other law students hone their research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.  These skills have served him and his clients well in practice.

After graduation, Scot began his career at a large commercial litigation firm, where he practiced a mix of insurance defense work and personal injury work.  This mixed practice, where Scot played both sides of the fence, gave him a unique perspective and unparalleled experience for representing injured people and their families.  During this time, Scot represented the largest nursing home company in the United States while also representing auto accident victims, physicians in medical malpractice cases, and people injured by defective consumer products.  This unusual practice was highly educational and it provided a great foundation for the remainder of Scot's career.  After spending several years defending nursing homes, hospitals, and physicians at an Orlando insurance defense firm, Scot transitioned to representing only injured people and their families with one of the most respected plaintiffs' personal injury firms in Florida.  After nearly a decade of managing and litigating cases for that firm, Scot decided to open his own firm and provide the personalized service and ethical, aggressive representation clients deserve.
