Scott R. Brann graduated from Ball State University and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree, magna cum laude, from South Texas College of Law in 1981. He is proud to be board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law.
Scott is licensed by the Texas Supreme Court as well as in Florida and by the United States Supreme Court. He is authorized to practice in Texas trial and appellate courts, in the U. S. Court of Federal Claims and in the U. S. District Courts serving the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
Scott is passionate about personally helping injured victims. Scott believes that if you’ve been injured and need a lawyer you should actually speak to one. No case managers. No referral service. In his spare time, Scott enjoys working with his dogs, fishing with his sons and daughter, riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, and volunteering in his community.
