Sean Masson's practice focuses on securities class action, shareholder derivative, and other complex commercial litigation.


Served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. Successfully argued over 40 appeals in state and federal courts and gained extensive experience with large-scale government and regulatory investigations. Notable cases include: People v. McKelvey (upheld 75-year sentence for serial rapist preying on homeless women); People v. Doyle (affirming conviction for notorious fine art thief); and People v. Wong (affirming conviction of driving school instructor involved in hit and run of a child).
