As an undergraduate, Mr. Spaulding belonged to the Phi Beta Kappa honors fraternity at the University of Georgia, and he obtained his legal training at the Georgia State College of Law, where he clerked for the Honorable Judge Rowland Barnes of the Fulton County Superior Court. Mr. Spaulding has also worked for the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Atlanta Enforcement Division. Since 2005, he has dedicated his career to helping the injured victims of negligence and their loved ones win justice in Georgia’s personal injury courts.
Among his many honors, Mr. Spaulding has been named one of the Top 100 trial lawyers in Georgia by the National Trial Lawyers for six successive years. He is honored as a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum ® by the Top Trial Lawyers in America ®, an honor awarded to less than one percent of the attorneys in the United States, and is considered one of 2020’s “Ten Best” by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys.
Mr. Spaulding is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice law in all state courts in the state of Georgia, including the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. He is additionally admitted to practice law in the Northern District of Georgia U.S. District Court and in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Spaulding has previously served on the board of the Crime Victims Advocacy Council.
