Mr. Kellis focuses his practice on litigation. No matter too small, no matter too big. Mr. Kellis litigates traffic/ DWI cases, criminal matters, injury claims, worker’s compensation, and estate administration. Formerly, he was certified with the NFLPA as an NFL agent. He is the President of the Carteret County Republican Men’s club and a member of the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute. Tommy is also an USCG Captain. In his free time he enjoys fishing, boating and all things involving being on the water. ?
