Will was raised in Dothan, Alabama. After graduating from Dothan High School, Will attended Auburn University where he received his undergraduate degree in Political Science with minors in History and Criminology. While at Auburn, Will was named Who's Who Among American University and College Students and inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
Upon graduation from Auburn, Will attended law school at the University of Alabama, where he served on the Alabama Law Review as well as the James A. Campbell Moot Court Board. While in law school, Will also served as a law clerk for the Alabama Attorney General's Office in the General Civil Division and worked in the law school's Civil Clinic, providing free legal representation to those in the Tuscaloosa area who could not afford it.
Upon passing the bar, Will accepted a job with the law firm of Morris, Cary, Andrews, Talmadge & Driggers, LLC as an associate attorney. Will handles all types of personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability cases, workers' compensation claims, and general negligence cases.
Will is admitted to practice in all state courts in the State of Alabama, as well as the Middle District of the United States District Court of Alabama. Will is a member of the Houston County Bar Association, Alabama Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
