Most attorneys will tell you the total amount of money they have recovered for their clients. But the only number Frank will tell you is “2.” He has lost only two trials in his career - his first trial in 2013, and one in the fall of 2022. After the losing verdict was read after the first trial, his client bought him a bag of Cheez-Its from the vending machine because he knew Frank had missed lunch that day but still wanted to help and give thanks where he could. The kind gesture has stayed with Frank ever since and has only reconfirmed his commitment and loyalty to his clients. The 2022 trial loss changed Frank’s trajectory altogether and sent him on a personal mission to help combat depression, anxiety, addiction, and suicide within the legal field. Frank is currently working with the best trial attorneys in the country to write a book and publish a podcast to support other attorneys during their professional setbacks.

Hard work and dedication are extremely important to Frank, who, at 22 years old, graduated from Utah Valley University, in Orem, UT; at 24 years old, graduated from law school at California Western School of Law, San Diego, CA; at 25 years old, he set the record (and still holds today) as the youngest attorney in Nevada’s history to be licensed in three states at the same time (NV, CA, WA), and at 28 got his Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University, Boston, MA.

Being named a “Top 40 Under 40” by The National Trial Lawyers (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023), “Top 10 Under 40” by The National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023), “10 Best Client Satisfaction for Nevada” by The American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys (2015, 2016), and “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023) are just a few of the litany awards Stucki has received throughout his career. Due to his unprecedented success at a young age and the dozens of seven-figure settlements he’s negotiated, Frank was invited as a “Lifetime Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum” by The Top Trial Lawyers in America in 2022, an achievement reached by less than 0.5% of U.S. lawyers.

Frank is a trial attorney known for his unique combination of genuine, compassionate, and attentive relationships with clients and attorneys while maintaining an aggressive litigation style. As his reputation has grown, his marketing budget has disappeared almost entirely – he works almost solely on personal referrals. Past clients refer new clients, but most of his caseload is from other plaintiff attorneys, insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and judges who have presided over him on previous cases. Frank is currently a member of the Nevada, California, Washington, and Utah State Bars and actively practices in each jurisdiction.

Frank is an active participant within his community where he’s currently a member of the Utah Association for Justice, the Nevada Justice Association, the Washington State Association for Justice, the American Association of Justice, and a continuing contributor to the NJA Citizens for Justice program. He also serves as an editor for the Trial Guides Publishing Company, which has produced hundreds of books, DVDs, and other media to help trial lawyers develop better ways of telling their clients’ stories at trial.

Frank was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV, but also calls Springville, UT, San Diego, CA, and Seattle, WA, home. He’s an Eagle Scout and adoring father of 9-year-old Calvin (Vinny) and 7-year-old Georgia (Jo). If he ever isn't lawyering, you can find him on a beach staring in tide pools with his kids, exploring a new city before a concert, or reading in his favorite chair.

TYPES OF INJURY CASES

Car Accidents

Bicycle Accidents

Motorcycle Accidents

Organizational and Workplace Sexual Harassment

“Accidents cause a pile of medical bills, property damage deductibles, wage loss, future wage loss, and that’s before the things unseen - the painful and restless nights, the frustration, the embarrassment, etc.

We don’t simply fight insurance companies to take their money, we fight them to take our client’s money back. We do that by understanding their loss entirely, learning their story, and communicating it in a way the insurance companies can understand.”

— Frank Stucki, Esq., MBA

Licensed in Nevada, California, Washington, and Utah

Suffolk University, Master of Business Administration

California Western School of Law, Jurist Doctorate

Utah Valley University, Bachelors in Legal Studies
