To reset your password, click "Forgot your password," located under the "Login" button on the Login page. In the box provided on the following page, you will type in the email address you used to create your account, then click "Send Password Reset Email." Next, open your email in a new browser and click on the email you received to reset your password. Navigate to and select the "Reset Password" button in the body of the email. You will be prompted to set a new password. Be sure to include: "8 characters," "1 letter," and "1 number," then select "Change Password."

To renew your membership, you will need to select "Manage Memberships" from the homepage of the "Member Portal." Next, you will need to navigate to the right side of the page and select "Renew." Once you select renew, you will be prompted to select which membership you would like to renew. After selecting which membership you would like to renew, you will be directed to the overview page, where you can add additional items to your cart. After you have added things to your cart, you will now be directed to the Order Summary page, where you can view your order. After clicking "Checkout," you will be directed to fill in your payment information such as "Card Holder Name," "Card Number," "Exp. Month," "Exp Year," and "Billing Address." Once you have filled this information out entirely, you will need to click "Process Payment."
