Biography Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Michael received a B.A. in Psychology from St. John’s University before pursuing a J.D. at New York Law. He then founded Palillo Law and has operated out of their lower Manhattan Office since 1990. Michael resides in Long Island, New York, with his wife and two children.
