Nick and Bob Cheeley are currently leading a national class action in the Northern District of Illinois involving defective crash avoidance systems (Bendix Fusion and Bendix Wingman FCA technology) in commercial trucks—litigation aimed at improving roadway safety across the country. In addition to product liability work, Nick continues his robust national consumer protection practice, representing clients in litigation against abusive mortgage servicers and handling select class actions and co-counsel partnerships nationwide.
