Sean R. Roth is an associate in the Shelbyville office of Stephenson Rife, LLP where he focuses his practice on personal injury civil litigation throughout Indiana.
Sean graduated summa cum laude when he earned his J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. During his time in law school, he served as an Associate Editor on the Indiana Law Review and received several accolades, including the James V. Donadio and Lloyd G. Balfour Scholarships. Sean is also a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity.
Since joining Stephenson Rife, LLP, Sean has expanded his experience to include personal injury cases related to product liability, TBIs, spinal injuries, burns, and other catastrophic injuries. He has a track record of results for plaintiffs and ensures every case is trial-ready.
