Mr. Rosen entered private practice as an associate at the law firm of Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom in New York City where he participated in a number of complex securities class action and derivative litigation matters. He later served as an associate at McCarter & English in Newark, New Jersey where he specialized in securities and business litigation.
After practicing general securities and commercial litigation in New York City with Solton Rosen & Balakhovsky LLP, Mr. Rosen founded The Rosen Law Firm to represent investors exclusively in securities class actions and derivative litigation.
Under Mr. Rosen’s stewardship the firm has received recognition as one of the most successful firms in securing settlements for investors and has received acclaim as the most efficient securities litigation firm in the country.
Institutional Shareholder Services recently reported that the Rosen Law Firm is one of the top three firms in the nation by number of securities class action settlements obtained for investors. In 2019 alone, Rosen, as sole lead counsel settled the Alibaba Group Holdings Ltd. class action for $250 million -- the largest settlement involving a Chinese issuer ever. Rosen as co-lead counsel, settled the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, N.V. class action for $110 million.
In 2019 and 2020 Lawdragon named Mr. Rosen as one of 500 Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers. Mr. Rosen was recognized by law360 as Titan of Plaintiffs' Bar for 2020.
