Zach is a Partner at Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman and serves as Of Counsel at Smouse & Mason. Zach represents clients in personal injury, medical malpractice, toxic tort, and environmental litigation. He has represented hundreds of injured clients through some of the most difficult times in their lives and recovered substantial compensation for the serious injuries and losses they have suffered. He also represents clients who have experienced contamination of their property, recovering substantial compensation for the loss of use and value of their property and the impact on his clients’ health and wellbeing. He also advises and represents cities that have experienced widespread contamination and seeks substantial compensation for his municipal clients.
