Ruben V. Nichols, III, was born in Pensacola, Florida. He attended the University of Central Florida, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Marketing. After college, he moved to Birmingham, Alabama, to pursue his legal education at the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University.
Since his admission to the Alabama State Bar, he has effectively represented clients in a broad spectrum of civil and criminal litigation, as well as administrative board matters. He is an active member of both the Alabama State Bar and the Birmingham Bar Association.
Outside of work, Ruben enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending quality time with his family and animals.
