Katherine obtained both her undergraduate and law degrees at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. While in undergraduate school, she was a four year Division 1 varsity lacrosse player.
In law school, she was a staff member on the Journal of Women and the Law, and volunteered at the Lewis B. Puller, Jr. Veterans Benefits Clinic.
After passing the New York bar exam, Katherine worked for 2 ½ years at an 80 person New York City civil litigation firm where she focused on the defense of product liability, health care and general negligence claims. She moved to California during the pandemic and is enjoying plaintiff’s work and all the Bay Area has to offer.
Having now successfully passed the California bar exam, Katherine is admitted to practice in California state courts, the Northern District of California federal court, the New York state courts and the United States Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She is working with our general negligence team on premises liability, health care, vehicle collision and mass tort matters.
