During his time at Eckerd, Daniel excelled in academics and athletics, playing baseball for the college team.

Danny’s love for the Tampa Bay Area led him to attend Law School at Stetson University College of Law, where he further honed his legal skills and knowledge. He actively participated in various organizations and received multiple scholarships and honors for his academic achievements.

Throughout his legal education, Daniel demonstrated a commitment to intellectual property law by attending the Intellectual Property Summer Institute at Franklin Pierce Law School. He gained valuable experience as a law clerk at a Tampa firm, focusing on appellate work and developing his skills in legal research and writing. He began his journey and discovered his passion for being a trial attorney in his final year of school when he was a CLI for the State Attorney’s Office in Hillsborough County.

After graduation, Danny served as an Assistant State Attorney at the Hillsborough County State Attorney’s Office, where he tried numerous cases and gained extensive courtroom experience.
