Born in Destrehan, Louisiana, Bailey has proudly called Cumming, Georgia her home since 2008.
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Kennesaw State University, Bailey expanded her studies abroad, completing a Master’s degree in Transnational Crime, Justice, and Security at the University of Glasgow in Scotland. Upon her return to the United States, Bailey pursued her passion for the law at Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where she earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.).Â
During her legal education, Bailey gained practical litigation experience working for a personal injury law firm specializing in complex injury claims and maritime law. There, she developed the skills necessary to effectively advocate for injury victims from pre-suit investigation through trial preparation. This experience fortified her passion for advocating for injury victims and sharpened her litigation skills.Â
