Frank set out on his path to defending clients' rights early on, earning a bachelor's degree in Criminology at USF and graduating from Stetson University College of Law soon after. He started practicing law in 2002 under an experienced and respected defense attorney. There, he got a unique perspective on the inner workings of insurance companies and their case evaluation processes.
Since 2008, he’s been working directly with his clients as the founder of Del Rio Law Group. Frank is licensed to practice in the state of Florida and the federal U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He’s a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Florida Justice Association.
