Phillip Tatlow

Phillip A. Tatlow graduated from SLU Law School in 1991 and began his legal career with Weier, Hockensmith, and Sherby. There, he practiced general litigation, handling matters involving real estate, contracts, subdivisions, and the defense of police officers, sheriffs, and municipalities in civil rights cases.

Since 1996, Phil has focused his practice on Plaintiff’s litigation. His work has included automobile accidents, work injuries, nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, Social Security cases, and ERISA life, accidental death, and long-term disability cases. Before joining Bollwerk and Tatlow, L.L.C. as a Partner and Owner, Phil served as President of Hockensmith Tatlow McKinnis Hamill, P.C.

Phil recently opened offices in Webster Groves, Missouri, and Sister Bay, Wisconsin, for his new practice, Phillip A. Tatlow Law Firm. He is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Illinois, and Wisconsin.

Phil’s practice includes Disability and ERISA Litigation, Life Insurance and Accidental Death Cases, Personal Injury, Automobile and Trucking Accidents, Wrongful Death Cases, Premises Liability, Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect, Long-Term and Short-Term ERISA cases, Workers’ Compensation accidents, Occupational Diseases, and litigation.
