Michael also served as the Global Head of Litigation and Deputy General Counsel for a well-known Wall Street firm, where he sharpened his negotiating skills and elbows against some of the most aggressive companies and insurance firms in the country. He is regularly selected as a Super Lawyer, Best Lawyer, and Most Effective Lawyer, and brought in as co-counsel by his peers. Michael’s passionate advocacy for those in need continues as the co-founder of the top-rated Legal AF podcast and YouTube channel in collaboration with the Meidas Touch Network, where his legal analysis has been viewed or downloaded almost 1 billion times on YouTube and podcast platforms.
Michael also has a world-class concierge law practice, providing general counsel, employment, and litigation strategy, and employment advice for high-stakes or “bet the company” matters, to a limited number of corporate clients, financial services firms, including hedge and private equity funds, as well as high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
