Tom Blessing began his legal career working for insurance companies and corporate clients. He gained valuable experience as a defense attorney, but found it much more rewarding representing people who had been injured as a result of someone’s negligence. In 2010, Tom expanded his practice to include education law and has been a formidable advocate for children and people with disabilities since then. Tom joined Massillamany Jeter & Carson as a partner in 2018 and fights for survivors of sexual abuse, victims of serious personal injury, wrongful death and civil rights violations. He uses the law to expose incompetence and corruption, hold institutions accountable and get his clients fair compensation.
