Heath’s areas of practice include personal injury, employment law, and automobile accidents. Before coming to Brandon J. Broderick, Mr. Murphy spent 18 years with Jones Law Group, where he won several notable cases, including a $2.5M settlement for a client against a private transportation company, a $950K single vehicle motorcycle accident, and countless other motor vehicle accident cases yielding favorable results.
Heath’s unique and compassionate approach to client care comes from his experience growing up in the hospitality industry. His background has influenced him to take extra time with his clients when needed, even when it means answering their questions on nights and weekends. Heath prides himself on being responsive and empathetic, which are traits he believes to be essential when corresponding with clients in his areas of practice.
Mr. Murphy received his J.D. from The University of Memphis - Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and National Mock Trial Team.
