Eli Fuchsberg's practice focuses on plaintiff-side civil litigation matters. A 2013 New York University School of Law graduate, Eli was the Senior Notes Editor of New York University's Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
Immediately before joining the Jacob Fuchsberg Law Firm, Eli was Law Clerk to the Honorable Arthur Bergman, Superior Court, Middlesex County. During law school, he participated in several externships, which helped him to gain valuable hands-on experience in the legal field. He was an intern with the Legal Aid Society of New York, where he analyzed and wrote memoranda, as well as participated in hearings before the court, in support of neglected and abused children. He also interned with the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York, where he researched issues relating to Medicare fraud, asset forfeiture, and employment discrimination in addition to drafting dispositive pleadings. Eli also spent a summer interning with the New Hampshire Public Defenders, where he managed a caseload of misdemeanor clients in addition to arguing bail hearings.
Eli is the grandson of Jacob D. Fuchsberg, founder of the Jacob Fuchsberg Law Firm. He is a member of the New York Bar Association and involved with the Magic in the Trees Foundation, which helps to provide the opportunity to attend summer camp for young individuals who otherwise may not have the chance.
