Madalyn is a criminal defense trial attorney. Ms. Norton joined our office in August 2023. She represents clients charged with misdemeanor and felony offenses, including DUI, domestic violence, and sexually related offenses. She is licensed to appear in South Carolina state and federal courts.
In addition to representing clients in courtroom settings, she also assists clients who are facing school expulsions, criminal accusations, or law enforcement investigations. In this capacity, she strives to assist her clients in avoiding an arrest or in minimizing the evidence that the state will have to use against them later. She believes individuals concerned about the possibility of child molestation, felony embezzlement, or other serious offenses should seek out representation if possible before formal charges are brought.
In her spare time, Madalyn enjoys going for walks with her dog and trying new restaurants in town.
