David Hodge

David Hodge has been helping injured clients in North Alabama for over twenty years. Mr. Hodge is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the nation's most prestigious honors. The American College of Trial Lawyers is an invitation-only organization in which only 1% of attorneys in the United States pass their rigorous and highly confidential screening process. 

In addition to his association with the American College of Trial Lawyers, Mr. Hodge is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and has been repeatedly recognized by Super Lawyers as one of the Top 50 Lawyers in Alabama. Mr. Hodge has been a Best Lawyers "Lawyer of the Year" award recipient multiple years in a row. He has been repeatedly listed as a "bet the company lawyer" for U.S. News and World Report.

Attorney Hodge is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association's Judicial Liaison Committee, a member of the Civil Rules Committee for the US District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, and has chaired two litigation support groups for the American Association for Justice.

Mr. Hodge is proud to be born and raised in Northern Alabama. While he often helps people injured in motor vehicle collisions, he has successfully represented small business owners with complex business litigation matters on multiple occasions. 

David Hodge is dual-licensed in Tennessee and Alabama.
