Brian is a New York City personal injury attorney with 28 years of trial experience representing individuals and families affected by serious injury and wrongful death. Brian has taken jury verdicts in all five boroughs of New York City as well as Nassau and Suffolk counties. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation as a dedicated advocate who combines strategic judgment, tenacious representation, and a client-centered approach to achieve meaningful results.
Before devoting his practice to representing plaintiffs, he served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York and later practiced on the insurance defense side. This uncommon background gives him a comprehensive understanding of how claims are investigated, evaluated, defended, and resolved. Drawing on that insight, Brian is able to anticipate defense strategies, identify leverage points, and position his clients’ cases for maximum recovery.
A native New Yorker, Brian earned his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his law degree, cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Over nearly three decades in practice, he has remained committed to helping clients navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives with skill, compassion, and unwavering advocacy.
Brian is also the author of The NYC Accident Book series, available on his website for free, which is intended to help educate injured New Yorkers and their families navigate the legal process and understand their rights.
