My name is Aaron Sebastian, and I am a Founding Partner of The Victory Firm. I proudly serve the people of Colorado and Arkansas, helping individuals and families navigate some of the most challenging moments of their lives. I grew up in the small mountain town of Buena Vista, Colorado, where I learned the values of hard work, perseverance, and community. After high school, I attended Colorado State University-Pueblo to pursue both my education and my athletic career. From 2014 to 2017, I played football for the ThunderWolves, contributing to two conference championships and an NCAA National Championship. Those years taught me lessons that still guide me today: preparation matters, teamwork wins games, and champions never back down from a challenge. That's why the name "Victory" means so much to me. At the end of the day, our mission is simple—we are here to fight for our clients, pursue the best possible outcome, and be their champion when they need one most. My legal career began in 2017 when I accepted my first position as a legal assistant, serving clients throughout Pueblo in family law and criminal defense matters. After graduating from CSU-Pueblo, I worked as a litigation paralegal at a wrongful death law firm in Denver. There, I learned what separates an average case from a winning one. I became fascinated with the strategy behind litigation. I learned how to build strong cases, identify the issues that matter most, conduct effective depositions, and develop compelling arguments. I was completely immersed in the practice of law, and I quickly realized that I wanted to take my passion to the next level by becoming an attorney. I attended the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock, Arkansas, where I clerked for several highly respected criminal defense firms. During law school, I sharpened my skills in legal research, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy. Much like preparing for a football game, I learned how to study an opponent, anticipate their next move, and develop a strategy designed to succeed. Since graduating from law school, I have primarily practiced Family Law and Personal Injury Law. My time in family law gave me invaluable courtroom experience and helped me develop the advocacy skills that continue to serve my clients today. Ultimately, I found my calling in personal injury law.
