
Todd Samuels is a seasoned litigator practicing in state and federal courts throughout California. He has successfully tried, arbitrated, and mediated hundreds of cases. Todd grew up on the Monterey Peninsula. He attended the University of California at Santa Barbara where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Society. He then attended the University of London earning a Masters Degree (LL.M) in Computer and Communications Law. The Masters program consisted of lawyers from over 100 different countries. Todd then earned his law degree, graduating cum laude, from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. While in law school, Todd earned the Witkin and CALI awards for achievement in Internet Law and Uniform Commercial Code. He also attended an exclusive program at L’Université de Nice in Nice, France where he was taught by the late Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court, Antonin Scalia. Todd was featured on the 2020 California Top Attorney’s list.
Todd represents individuals in personal injury lawsuits that have been injured by the careless and negligent conduct of others. He also represents individuals and small businesses in business, contract, real estate, and employment matters. Todd lives with his wife and daughter in San Diego.
