I started Flanagan Law, P.C. in 2015 from a with nothing more than a laptop, a phone, and a commitment to represent plaintiffs the right way; by preparing every case for trial.
Since then, my firm has grown into a flourishing plaintiffs’ trial practice with more than $140 million recovered in verdicts and settlements. Insurance companies know our cases are not built to be managed or quietly resolved. They’re built to be tried. My practice focuses exclusively on serious personal injury matters, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, trucking and commercial vehicle cases, rideshare accidents involving Uber or Lyft, car accidents, and complex negligence claims. We place a heavy emphasis on jury selection, courtroom presentation, and trial strategy, because those are the critical components that determine outcomes in high-stakes cases.
