A valuable addition to the Bisnar Chase team, Jeanette is a hard worker with meticulous attention to detail. She is knowledgeable and dedicated, working tirelessly to maximize financial recoveries for injury victims.
Background and Education
Jeanette grew up in Los Angeles and earned both her undergraduate and Juris Doctor degrees from highly regarded schools in Southern California.
While completing her education, Jeanette began working as a legal secretary at a personal injury law firm in LA, becoming deeply engaged in every aspect of litigation.
During that time, she had the opportunity to contribute as second chair on three jury trials that resulted in multi-million-dollar verdicts. The experience shaped her career path and sparked her desire for a career in the courtroom as a personal injury lawyer.
Legal Experience
Straight after graduating from law school, Jeanette passed the California Bar and began practicing as a personal injury lawyer in LA. She handled a wide range of cases, including dog bites, motor vehicle collisions, and premises liability cases involving grocery stores and shopping malls.
In these cases, she successfully defeated summary judgment motions filed by large corporate defendants seeking to avoid liability and worked diligently to maximize compensation for her clients.
Jeanette was then recruited by a major insurance company to serve as in-house trial counsel. Over nearly two years on the defense side, she gained invaluable insight into how insurance companies, adjusters, and defense attorneys evaluate injury claims.
After moving back across to the plaintiffs’ side, Jeanette now uses that strategic perspective and knowledge to win cases for injury victims. Over the course of her career, she has recovered millions of dollars for her clients.
Jeanette said: “I approach every case with a deep sense of responsibility to the individuals and families I represent.
“Many of my clients have suffered catastrophic injuries and will live with permanent conditions that affect their everyday lives. For them, a personal injury claim is often their only opportunity to obtain the financial resources necessary to support their medical care, rehabilitation, and future stability.
“I take that responsibility seriously and work tirelessly to advocate for my clients and maximize the compensation they deserve.”
