George S. Azadian is a nationally recognized California employment trial lawyer and President of Azadian Law Group, PC. He exclusively represents employees and executives—never employers—in high-stakes employment litigation throughout Los Angeles, Orange County, and California.

Mr. Azadian’s practice focuses on wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower claims, sexual harassment, disability discrimination, medical-leave violations, wage-and-hour disputes, employee misclassification, executive compensation, employment contracts, and severance negotiations. His clients range from C-suite executives, physicians, and other professionals to hourly employees and groups of workers pursuing class and representative claims.

Mr. Azadian and Azadian Law Group have recovered more than $100 million for employees and executives. His representative verdicts, arbitration awards, and settlements include:

• A $9,957,411.17 final arbitration award for a physician in a wrongful-termination, discrimination, retaliation, and patient-advocacy case;

• A $7.5 million settlement in a meal-and-rest-break class action involving nursing-home employees;

• A $6.25 million confidential arbitration settlement involving retaliation and wrongful termination;

• A $5.7 million result in an intentional-infliction-of-emotional-distress action brought on behalf of a physician;

• A $5 million confidential settlement involving workplace retaliation and discrimination;

• A $4.7 million executive contract extension and future-departure package;

• A $3.5 million pre-litigation severance resolution for a financial-services executive;

• Two separate $3 million wage-and-hour and meal-and-rest-break class-action settlements;

• A $2.8 million wage-and-hour settlement for workers misclassified as independent contractors;

• A $2.75 million wage-and-hour settlement for healthcare employees;

• A $2.435 million pre-litigation settlement for an executive subjected to retaliation; and

• Separate $1.2 million resolutions involving age discrimination and California Private Attorneys General Act claims.

Mr. Azadian has personally litigated hundreds of employment cases against Fortune 500 corporations, major healthcare organizations, financial institutions, entertainment companies, and other powerful employers. He handles matters in California courts and private arbitration, as well as through mediation, executive negotiations, and confidential pre-litigation resolutions. He has also successfully defeated multiple motions to compel arbitration in California Superior Courts, preserving his clients’ ability to pursue their employment claims before a jury.

Before dedicating his practice to representing employees, Mr. Azadian defended Fortune 500 companies while working at prominent California law firms. That experience provided firsthand insight into how corporations, insurers, human-resources departments, and defense attorneys investigate, value, and defend employment claims. He now uses that knowledge exclusively to advocate for employees who have been wrongfully terminated, discriminated against, harassed, retaliated against, denied reasonable accommodations or protected medical leave, punished for whistleblowing, or deprived of legally required wages.

Mr. Azadian is known for combining careful case evaluation with aggressive litigation. He develops an individualized strategy based on each client’s goals, evidence, damages, and professional circumstances. Some clients want to pursue their claims through litigation, trial, or arbitration. Others prefer a confidential resolution through executive severance negotiations, mediation, or a pre-filing settlement. Mr. Azadian explains those options, identifies the available leverage, and works to protect both the client’s legal rights and professional future.

Mr. Azadian has been repeatedly selected to Southern California Super Lawyers and was previously recognized for multiple consecutive years as a Southern California Rising Star. He holds an AV Preeminent® peer-review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the organization’s highest rating for professional excellence, legal knowledge, communication skills, and ethical standards.

His additional professional honors include recognition by America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators and membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. The Daily Journal selected Mr. Azadian as one of California’s Top Labor and Employment Lawyers. The Daily Journal also recognized Azadian Law Group as one of California’s Top 20 Boutique Law Firms, with the firm distinguished as the only Los Angeles employment law firm selected that year.

Mr. Azadian is frequently invited to speak on California employment law, employee rights, employment arbitration, and litigation strategy.

Mr. Azadian earned his Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law, where he graduated seventh in a class of 356 students, placing him within the top one percent of his class. He was elected to the Order of the Coif. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University.

Through Azadian Law Group, PC, Mr. Azadian represents employees throughout California, including Los Angeles, Pasadena, La Cañada Flintridge, Newport Beach, and Orange County. He is committed to holding employers accountable and helping employees restore their financial security, professional reputation, and voice following unlawful treatment in the workplace.
