He handles matters in California courts and private arbitration, as well as through mediation, executive negotiations, and confidential pre-litigation resolutions. He has also successfully defeated multiple motions to compel arbitration in California Superior Courts, preserving his clients’ ability to pursue their employment claims before a jury.
Before dedicating his practice to representing employees, Mr. Azadian defended Fortune 500 companies while working at prominent California law firms. That experience provided firsthand insight into how corporations, insurers, human-resources departments, and defense attorneys investigate, value, and defend employment claims. Mr. Azadian earned his Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law, where he graduated seventh in a class of 356 students, placing him within the top one percent of his class. He was elected to the Order of the Coif. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University.
