Philip Pendergrass is a trial attorney focused exclusively on representing individuals harmed by the negligence and wrongful conduct of others. His practice centers on serious personal injury matters, including auto and trucking accidents, premises liability, dangerous drugs, and defective medical products and devices.

Philip earned his undergraduate degree from Augusta State University (now Augusta University) before completing his Juris Doctor at the University of Georgia School of Law. Philip has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star every year since 2017 — an honor reserved for the top 2% of attorneys in the state — and has been recognized among the National Trial Lawyers' Top 40 Under 40 and Top 25 Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyers in the state of Georgia.
