Brice is a trial attorney for the firm and brings a unique perspective to our litigation practice, having transitioned from a successful career as a prosecutor to representing plaintiffs in a wide range of personal injury cases.
During his time as a prosecutor in Platte County, Missouri, Brice focused on violent felony offenses while also serving as the main author and supervising attorney for the creation of Platte County’s first diversion program. He then moved on to a well-respected plaintiff’s firm in Kansas City where he represented individuals in a variety of personal injury matters, including wrongful death, premises liability, sexual assault, nursing home neglect, and auto accidents. Throughout his career, Brice has used the courtroom as his stage to zealously advocate for justice by taking several jury trials to verdict.
Brice’s passion for advocacy and justice for his clients motivates him to never shy away from a fight. As a natural storyteller, he focuses on the human side of every case and aspires to always make his clients feel heard during some of the most difficult times in their lives. Brice wants to guide their understanding of the legal framework of their case in simple terms, while promoting reasonable choices and expectations.
Brice is a Kansas City native. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife Morgan and traveling the globe to expand his knowledge of the human condition. He also enjoys rooting for our Kansas City sports teams.
