Paul Shalhoub is AV Preeminent Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and his peers and has been annually since 2015. Paul concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, auto accidents, slip and fall accidents, negligent security, premises liability, construction accidents, general liability, and construction litigation. While attending law school, Paul interned with the Dorchester Assistant District Attorney and Greater Boston Legal Services. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Florida and Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law. He is admitted in Florida and to the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.

Paul has the honor of being selected to Florida Super Lawyers in Personal Injury each year from 2017 to 2023. Palm Beach Illustrated recognized Paul in 2018 as a Top Lawyer in the field of Personal Injury Law. He was recognized by National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyers in Personal Injury Law. In 2022, Paul was selected to join the National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 for Civil Plaintiff. The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 is an invitation-only organization composed of the premier trial lawyers from each state or region who meet stringent qualifications as civil plaintiff and/or criminal defense trial lawyers.

In 2021 he was elected as Mayor of the Town of Lake Clarke Shores and completed his 3rd and final term on the Town Council in April of 2023. Paul is also a two-time Chair of the Finance Taxation and Personnel Legislative Committee for the Florida League of Cities.

Paul is a member of the Young Lawyers Section (YLS) of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and Chairman/Co-Founder of the Annual YLS No Shave November Event. The November 2021 event raised over $75,000 for Cancer Alliance of Help and Hope – a record fundraising event for the YLS of Palm Beach County Bar Association. This year the event is on November 30, 2022.

Paul married his wife, Danielle Shalhoub, in 2016 and the couple had their first child, Vivian Shalhoub, in October 2017, and their second, Oliver Shalhoub, in January 2020. In his spare time, Paul operates a BBQ catering company, Smokin’ Gator BBQ, with his father and enjoys watching Florida Gator Football

Paul was admitted to the bar and the USDC in 2011. Graduated college in 2003 and law school in 2010.

As a co-chair of Leadership Palm Beach County’s Annual Songwriters in The Round Event, Paul continues to support his community. Proceeds from this event help cover the cost of the Leadership Grow program, which allows 40-50 young leaders to learn about Palm Beach County and how to make a difference. Paul graduated from LPBC Engage Program Class of 2019.
