Aaron James Myers focuses his practice in the areas of Criminal Defense & OVWI / DUI, Family Law, Personal Injury, and Education Law. He is licensed to practice in the State of Indiana as well as the Northern and Southern District Courts in Indiana. Mr. Myers received two Bachelor of Arts degrees from Purdue University in West Lafayette and his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis.
Mr. Myers's criminal caseload ranges from minor misdemeanors to serious felonies, in both state and federal courts. He has litigated civil matters ranging from small claims cases to large-scale contract disputes. Mr. Myers also represents clients in matters related to public school law, personal injury, family law, and civil rights issues. He represents clients all across the State of Indiana.
Mr. Myers is an active member of the Indianapolis Bar Association (IBA) and the Indiana State Bar Association (ISBA). He previously served on the Board of Directors of Legacy House, a non-profit organization in Indianapolis committed to helping victims of violence. He has also served as a guest lecturer at Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis on the subject of American Public School Law.
Aaron and Tricia live in Greenfield with their 4-year-old daughter, Sarah.
