Adam Lederman, Esq. is a Partner at the law firm of Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. He is team leader and an active member of the firm’s litigation group, concentrating his practice on helping the seriously injured get the compensation they deserve. Adam has represented thousands of clients involved in all types of motor vehicle, motorcycle, bus, and trucking accidents. He has also secured substantial verdicts and settlements for various types of fall down accidents and premises liability claims.

Adam is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by less than three percent of all New Jersey licensed attorneys. Adam attended New York University where he majored in Sociology and minored in Law and Society, graduating magna cum laude, before earning his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of-Law. Adam is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and New York.
Adam is deeply committed to studying and elevating the practice of personal injury law. He is also widely respected in New Jersey’s legal community for regularly sharing his expertise with colleagues through his participation with the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ). In 2013, Adam was appointed to NJAJ’s Board of Governors, where he earned the distinction of serving as the Board’s youngest member. Adam is a past co-chair of NJAJ’s New Lawyers Division and currently serves on the organization Executive Committee as 1st Vice President. Adam has also served in other leadership capacities including as Program Chair of multiple deposition and trial examination colleges. In this role, Adam has helped plan and facilitate the annual Meadowlands and Boardwalk conferences and has lectured on a variety of litigation topics including discovery, trial techniques and legal investigative strategies. Most recently, he has lectured on litigation pertaining to Uber and Lyft’s ride-sharing services.
Adam is also an active member in both the Bergen County and State of New Jersey Bar Associations and has been published in the New Jersey Law Journal.
Over the course of his career, Adam has settled thousands of cases, many of which have resulted in six figures and more. In 2020, Adam settled a pedestrian knock down case for $400,000, a lower back injury case due to elevator malfunction for $715,000, an auto accident case for $950,000, and more. In 2021, he settled a pedestrian knock down case for $490,000, a hotel fall-down that resulted in back injuries for $500,000, and a dog bite case for $700,000. Also in 2021, Adam, along with Davis, Saperstein & Salomon P.C. Partner Garry Salomon, won a $4.5 million settlement for a man who was seriously injured when his motorcycle collided with an ambulance.
