Adam has spent the majority of his legal career litigating insurance disputes. Those disputes have taken him from the application process, claim denial, and internal appeals, to jury and bench trials and arguments in front of both Federal and State appellate courts. Along the way, he has been able to secure numerous successful outcomes for his clients through verdicts, judgments, and settlements.
