
Aimeé A. Treviño is the founder and owner of The Law Office of Aimeé A. Born and raised in Brownsville, Texas, Attorney Treviño brings both local roots and a relentless work ethic to every case she handles.
Attorney Treviño earned her Bachelor of Arts in International and Global Studies, with a minor in Philosophy, from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, graduating cum laude in 2020. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in 2023, where she developed a strong foundation in trial advocacy and client-centered representation.
She is licensed to practice law in Texas and Wisconsin, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Attorney Treviño is an active member of multiple professional organizations, including the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and local bar associations throughout the Rio Grande Valley.
Her practice focuses primarily on criminal defense, family law, immigration, and juvenile law. Known for her direct approach, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to her clients, Attorney Treviño fights to protect her clients’ rights, freedom, and future at every stage of their case.
