Alexis Elarba is a personal injury attorney at Hilliard Law, where she represents individuals and families who have suffered serious injuries or losses due to the negligence of others. Her practice focuses on complex personal injury matters, including commercial motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, workplace injuries, wrongful death, and traumatic brain injuries.
A 2017 graduate of Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi, Alexis earned her Juris Doctor degree and Mediation Certificate from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2019. Her legal career began at age 17, when she entered the legal field and gained experience as a legal secretary, paralegal, and case manager. This experience provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the legal process and the importance of client advocacy.
In 2020, Alexis founded her own law firm focused on representing injured individuals throughout Texas. During her career, she has handled complex personal injury matters and secured millions of dollars in recoveries for her clients. At Hilliard Law, she continues to advocate for those injured by the negligence of others, providing dedicated and personal representation throughout the legal process.
Born on the Flathead Indian Reservation in Western Montana and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas, Alexis has a strong connection to the community she calls home. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, practicing yoga, cooking, and spending time with her husband, and their two dogs.
